I rented a tux from Mr. Penguin for my daughter's wedding. I ordered the tux as a part of the groom's rental list. I picked up all the tuxes and gave them to each member of the party. On the morning of the wedding, I found, to my horror, that my coat was three sizes too small! I called the owner, who told me it would be almost two hours before he could get to the shop to get me the right size. That would have meant me, the father of the bride, missing out on the photo session. I was almost to the breaking point when the groom called and said that one of the groomsmen had a coat three sizes too big. I drove almost ten miles to get the coat and when I got there, the groom told me that they gave him the wrong size shoes. I called the owner and told him of the situation. His reply was, "Well, you all just need to suck it up." Not only is this shop inept, but rude beyond compare to any store I have had to do business with.
