I took my pants in over a month ago to get the side pocket stitch, I called this morning and a person told me they were ready, I went to the store and the pants was not ready. This is bad customer service on every level. I'm planning to call the manager later today and see why do we have this issue with service.

Banks in Oxon Hill, the tailor took two weeks longer than promised, and then the sleeves were cut wrong on FOUR SUITS. The manager FAILED TO RETURN CALLS when a staffer told me poor tailoring would take AT LEAST TWO WEEKS to correct. I've had similar experiences at their Bowie store. No wonder they were bought out by a third-tier rag company (Men's Wearhouse). Run away from Joseph A Banks, Run!!!
