Antique and Estate Appraisals, LLC is qualified to provide you with a written appraisal that established a fair market value for many purposes including estate, probate, wills, insurance, etc. We follow USPAP (Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice) guidelines and do not purchase items from appraisal clients. By doing this we have no conflict of interest in appraising your items. Please consider this if you are looking for a "free" apprai sal from your local buyer or antique dealer.
