Over the next decade, she developed expertise in standard of care questions, regulatory issues, and appeals. In 2016, Julie and her husband Mitch moved to Flagstaff, Arizona where Julie joined the firm of Shorall McGoldrick Brinkmann. Her practice involved a wide range of topics from business formation and planning to HIPAA compliance issues to helping tribally-funded charter schools recover disputed funds from a federal audit.

Drawing upon his experience as a prosecutor, Seth defends individuals accused of felonies and misdemeanors in Superior Court, District Court, and Juvenile Court. Seth also handles civil and criminal appeals.

- Eminent DomainEarly in his career, Duane practiced as an associate with Thompson, Hine and Flory in Cleveland. In 1976, Duane joined Tom La Tanzi and Larry Spaulding, where he was named a partner in 1981. For 20 years, he maintained a general litigation practice, representing clients in diverse types of cases ranging from plaintiff’s personal injury, to divorce, to criminal to eminent domain and Land Court title, and general commercial disputes. Since 1995, Duane has concentrated his practice on municipal and non-municipal land use law, including local permitting, zoning and state and local environmental regulations. He also represents several corporate clients in a variety of business matters, including contract review and negotiation and employment matters.

Julie also gave back to the legal community as a director and executive committee member for the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and steering committee member for the Northern Chapter of the organization.

After graduating from Barnstable High School, Lauren received a double B.A. degree with honors from Quinnipiac University in English and Communications and was a member of the Quinnipiac University Honors Program. She completed internships on Cape Cod at La Tanzi, Spaulding and Landreth, in the Barnstable Juvenile and Family Court and in another local Trusts and Estates department. Lauren earned her J.D. with honors from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she served as the President of the Elder Law Society and received the CALI award distinction for academic excellence in Estate Planning. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of Florida.
