First, my credit card was CHARGED 2 weeks before services were rendered. The agreement was the card would be charged when picked up. Second, we had problems getting picked up ON time at the port. According to the driver, he arrived "early" 10:15 with an 11:00 pickup time, so he went for COFFEE rather than waiting in the designated shuttle area with a sign like the other drivers were doing! We went through customs at 10:30 so we ended our vacation standing in the Orlando heat for 40 minutes waiting for him to come get back to the port! In my opinion, Not very professional.
