Years ago I purchased 2 chaise lounge chairs for the pool area from Fireplace and Veranda at a cost of $998. (Silly me!) I called to see if they reupholstered or could recommend someone who could. They seemed more interested in selling me something new but finally they asked for me to send by email a photo. After 3 more attempts to communicate with no response I went to Palm Casual on John Young Pkwy.
What a joy. Great customer service. They look beautiful, completed the job early, and at a very reasonable price. I was also amazed at how their product lines have changed. This company has been in business many years and deservedly so. Kim was a joy to work with
Comedy of Errors - Delivered a pvc tabletop that didn't match the legs and two chairs that were scratched. Didn't show to pick up set when promised. After several calls they took everything back and were to call us when all was fixed. That also didn't happen. When they finally came again, not only was the table top still the wrong color but now the chair fabric was wrong. We told them to take set back again and re-visited the store. While there, we overheard another customer complain that the manager had ordered the wrong cushions for her. That was the last straw. We gave up and got our money back.
We have had Palm Casual pool furniture since about 1982. At that time had a large patio and it was not protected at all from sun or weather, but stayed perfect. A couple of years later we put a pool in and bought many pieces that all came from there. I have three tables, two with umbrellas, lounge chair and ottoman, chase lounge, four club chairs, twelve chairs that go with the tables, a bar that has been used many times, a pole lamp with 4 lights, one end table. I have changed the colors 3 times only during this time. I have never had anyone to take care of my problems better than Palm Casual. I am thinking about buying the wicker from them now to replace my furniture under the covered area. You can really get the marks off of the white pipe frame by using barkeeper which makes it look nice and white again. I wash my chairs with bleach water and rinse it out well which cleans them fantastic. The best thing is they have always taken care of small problems and when I go in I normally end up buying something else from them. One time I got a bad run of fabric that faded and they did all of the chairs over for me at no expense. Cannot say enough about doing business there. Ann Gabriel
We shopped Palm Casual Furniture last month as we were driving down the highway. After spending several hours in the store we walked out with a patio full of wicker furniture. We were most impressed with the fact that Palm Casual is a manufacturer of most of their product. We had our product shipped to Indiana and had it within 3 weeks of placing the order. It came boxed, shrink wrapped on a pallet, and delivered to our home. Couldn't have been any easier and the prices were the best we found.
After posting this review, I got a call a telephone call from Palm Casual Patio Furniture, Management. He was very concerned about my review, and replaced my 4 chairs with new ones.
Brought my PALM CASUAL chairs to the Melbourne fl. store on10/22/2013 to have 4 chairs re-slinged at a cost of $275.60 .got a call 2 weeks later to pick them up. the slings were crooked and the pvc arms and legs were all bowed out of square. I sent them back for realignment only to get them back again on 11/29/2013 on with the pvc still all bowed and out of square. was not happy, Then was told there was a money back guarantee, I can have my $275.60 back, and they keep the chairs. ( some guarantee ) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PALM CASUAL.
When you need a great selection of patio furniture this is the place to go. I find the pipe furniture to be the best - it is light weight and durable.
My family and myself have been buying outdoor patio furniture for many years from Palm Casual. They have quality furniture at good prices!
We purchased our patio furniture WAY back in 1985. It's still in pretty good condition. Cushions have faded a little but not much (our patio is covered). The frames are scratched a little but I think that's because we put them in the pool during a hurricane back in 2004. You can't go wrong with this product from Palm Casual,

The salespeople were so helpful to us and the service we received was superb! It was a very pleasant shopping experience and to top it off we had a new patio set delivered in one week!

We would definitely recommend shopping at Palm Casual for patio furniture! We felt the service and the products offered were outstanding as well as the price. The gentlemen that took care of us was very kind and patient as we were in his store for over two hours choosing fabric for our cushions. They offer a wide variety of choices in furniture and cushions.
We purchased our Palm Casual PVC furniture at least 20 years ago and even though it has been outside in the steamy hot, sometimes rainy Florida weather, it is still in great shape! The only reason I'm going to alter the fabric is due to a change in my patio color scheme as they show absolutely NO wear or tear.One certainly gets "more bang for their buck" with Palm Casual Furniture and it looks great too!
