We called Advantage Steam in Orland Park because of an ad in the penny saver, we were greeted with a professional greeting and had an appointment made for the following day. The employee who came to do the cleaning was very friendly and our complaint is not with his professionalism nor his demeanor but the work that was preformed. He was at our home for approx. 20 min to clean one couch, one loveseat, one chair, one ottoman and six pillows. None of the stains in the upholstry came clean and we had severe overspray from the machine he used on the carpet. When we called back he assured us that the water would not stain and that there is no guarantee of the upholstry stains coming clean. When my husband demanded his money back or at least a partial refund we were shut down. I do not feel as though there was enough time spent on the cleaning nor effort put forth. We now are hoping that our carpet is not damaged to add to our misfortune. I strongly oppose of using Advantage Steam!
