No privacy when meeting with the loan officer. It's a good thing no one else was around in their office because you would be like front page news in there with no separate offices in there. The manager never called me back, which was very rude, especially since he knew the need for prompt service in our circumstance. You have to spill out your whole financial life to these guys for just a dinky loan, where everyone can hear what's going on and there isn't even a cup of coffee offered to you.
