ihave been going to this nail salon since it opened and have had excellant help and assistance in nail repair and fills and pedicures from the beginning... the people are just lovely and will be so helpful if u ask for a special design ( see robert hes awesome for that ) and jenna she is ever so careful that u like it each and every time i come .. bravo wish more store were like this in oregon city .... 2 thumbs up and a wahooooooooo highly recommend it .........kathy schroeder

Me and My Mother in Law went in for a toe polish change, we asked how long it would be till they could get us in they said it would only be a few minutes, had they told us the truth that they were busy, and it would be atleast 15 min we would of went somewhere else, instead they had us sit down, did not ask us what we wanted, paint our toes in a rush, and walked away, leaving us to go work on someone else, after about 10 min of just sitting there waiting for them to come back and do a flower, fix my polish that looked all streaking, my mother in law had to get a cotton swab and clean up around her toes, we got up, with out getting a flower, or are polished fix, very unfriendly, in a rush, we left unhappy, and will never go back to this place again, this is my first time ever taking the time to write a review, NEVER again will we go back poor customer service skills..

I have been to many nail salons and this on by far is the best excellent service and quality nails never had one break I swear by them. They also do awesome pedicures taking time to massage your legs and feet everywhere else does not compare to the service I get here. I have had nails for two years straight and on and off before that and never have service like I do there.
