Longwood Plantation and Magnolia Place offer assisted living for the residents of Orangeburg and surrounding areas. We have the only building in our region dedicated exclusively to the care of the Alzhiemer's and Memory Care resident. We also offer Home Care services and will be glad to assist you in your home and allow you to stay at home longer. We are family owned and operated.

Business History

Longwood Plantation is a 20-room community with accommodations for assisted living. We feature attractive suites with a charming home-like elegance. Laundry services, recreational activities, and cable TV are all provided at no extra charge. Each suite is equipped with a private bath. Our "shared" areas include an elegant dining room, a spacious, yet cozy living room, and a sunroom to warm your heart. All areas of the facility are handicapped accessible. We provide 24-hour supervision by caring professionals.
