Apex is a blessing. The office team was friendly and helpful. No gimmicks,everything is explained up front. My credit isn’t that good but we were able to move into a peaceful neighborhood. Thank you again Apex!

Do not use this company. I rented a home from them five months ago. The home was a wreck. The home was filthy, the havac did not work, the pool was green and the roof leaked. After calling them several times they refused to fix anything. I paid alot of money to get the home livable due to the lease I was stuck in. After living here for five months Sara from the office called my fiance today 7/11/17 to say " pack your bags we sold the house you two have thirty days to move and if you guys do not move we will change the locks and you will lose your stuff" Do not do business with this company. Save your money and your sanity. I will be consulting an attorney and will be contacting the DBPD and NEFAR board to file a complaint. Joe Swain Debary Fl

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman at the main office is nothing but rude on the phone the two times I spoke with her. I have been trying to look at a rental property the past 12 hours which was agreed upon by a realtor named Dave when then shut off his phone during the times in which I was supposed to meet with him. When I called the office the lady told me it rented with out even hearing what the address was.... the day prior when I asked if I could see it they had no idea about the property ( You listed it didn't you?????) then all the sudden she knew which one it was and told me I couldn't see it because someone "was first in line and it wouldn't sit right in her heart if I saw it first" called me back literally a second later "Oh he backed out". Not sure what this company gets out of being shady, sketchy, and rude. Save your souls and family heart ache and rent else where. Filing a complaint with DBPR and board of NEFAR.

If you are renting looking to rent a home DO NOT use Apex Realty Services! They do not fix problems, they have no customer service AT ALL. They tell you to go buy something and they will pay you back but they do not. They do not respond to emails, calls or through their portal. Worst company I have ever worked with in my life. They require everything of you but give you absolutely nothing in return other than a home that is falling apart that they wont repair when it needs it. They didnt even paint or clean the house prior to starting our lease and the pool in the backyard that was what we paid extra for was green with tadpoles and required months of cleaning and money invested on our end to get it usable. Horrible awful experience.

If you are looking to rent a home this is the place to go. The property manager is very friendly and professional. This is a family owned business so you can trust them with where you decide to have your family lay their head each night. All of the properties are reasonably priced. Definitely worth checking out.

The broker is suppose to supervise their sales staff. The sales staff is suppose to know what they are doing in a real estate deal. They are to answer any question truthfully and know what is going on with their listings. Any misrepresentation is a violation of Florida Statues. Its a miracle they are still in business. They make promises they do not keep. They make mistakes that should never have been made and they do not return phone calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR SALES PEOPLE or you will be sorry. Very unethical.
