We waited for more then an hour 1:45min, they were slow not particular to details, has every appointment months 4-6 months apart, no courtesy reminder call. No follow threw with needed referrals so you won't get to see whom ever they drop you off on. The staff behind the counter look over whelmed and taxed emotionally. Been a patient for more then a year and so far the only thing they have provided is 2 cleanings for two kids and x-rays. Surgery, braces, and cavities are still waiting for referrals and appointments.
