I use a combination of Hypnosis, NLP and Meridian Tapping for reducing stress, achieving goals and improving self-esteem. Stop Smoking, eliminate phobias, lose weight, cure insomnia & feel better! I customize each session to suit the needs of each individual client. I use both individual and group sessions to help my clients reach their goals.
