About Westbound Communications Inc is a public relations and strategic marketing firm that specializes in building strong brand reputations for the companies and organizations we represent. Our firm emerged as the result of a successful independent agency known as CSP Communications, founded in 1996. In April 2003, three years after the firm was acquired by Havas Advertising, Scott re-opened the agency that is now Westbound Communications. Located in sunny Orange and San Bernardino counties, the Westbound staff has built a strong industry network across Southern California and the 12 western states. Because we live, work and play on the West Coast, we have an in-depth understanding of the West's major media markets, business climate, particular consumer behaviors and overall geography. This privileged information helps us influence and shape local community opinions for our public affairs clients and deliver targeted marketing expertise to our consumer clients.
