As a parent of my 9 years old daughter I will never recommend to deal with Director of admissions and records: she coercioned me and my daughter by lie to take a Physical Therapy Evaluation for the Pool sessions she charged $155, knowing, that my daughter will not be able to be in the pool, because of their restrictions, but presenting me everything otherwise. When Evaluation was done, right in exact minute, she told me that my daughter can't have a pool sessions and offered me that they have a Gym sessions instead, which cost $180 verses the Pool sessions with a price of $160. But I have told her that we are here specifically for the Pool sessions, because after my daughter experienced an operation on both of her legs, her Orthopedic prescribed her a Pool therapy.

Next day I understood I was swindled into Evaluation by Director of admissions and records and that she coercioned me, also she did what is called " Bait and switched" when she offered the Gym sessions instead of Pool, which leads to a "False Pretense" , all done by her actions.

I asked her kindly if she could give me my money back, because I told her, if you would have given me an Honest consultation that we can't use the Pool sessions, I would never bring my daughter to do Evaluation, because it makes no sense!

I understood what she has done, but my only option was to dispute a Bill, because I needed to protect my family.

Now they sent me a new Bill for $190( $155 for the Evaluation and $35 of Fee) but for what?!

For being so disgustingly low by taking an advantage of my 9 year old girl?!

What a Shame and Disgrace!

I will never come back there because of such a people working there, like this Director of admissions and records.
