I have had nothing but a great experience at the Diamond Gallery in Ontario! I have found that the customer service is very friendly and the goldsmiths are very knowledgeable. They cleaned and checked all my jewelry for free even though i didn't purchase with them and sized my mother's ring in one day! they do all their work there and it's clean work too! You can't even tell where the solder joints are! I will give all my business to Diamond Gallery from this day forward!

I was highly dissatisfied with not only the customer service of the manager himself, but also the craftsmanship of the owner/jeweler. It took about a week for him to complete the work, we picked it up and the job was poorly done. He said and I quote "That is the best job one could expect considering the rings were not made together" he refused to acknowledge the alignment on the inside of the rings was offset by a couple of millimeters, and that it could be done better. I am no jeweler, but I do know when working with rings and stuff that 1/1000 of a millimeter is the clearance you are working with in jewelery. I requested that they just be taken apart, he wanted to shave down the insides of the rings to make them fit, and affect the integrity of the gold bands. I waited another week for him to take them apart, and he still had not gotten to it. So I paid for the rings and brought them to a jeweler in Boise, in about 3 hours they were done perfectly and the alignment was flawless.
