Captains storage was a life saver, I was about to loose my home and had to be out by the end of the day, happened to drive by and see there advertised special, The office manager was courteous and extremely helpful, the rate was the lowest in town, The property was clean and well maintained. Would recommend this facility. Thank you so much Captains for all your help in a very stressful time in my life!!!! KP

I am shocked at some of these negative reviews. I have rented from captains for years and have multible units and never have seen rat droppings or any other rodent problems. I believe i am recieving the lowest rates in town and the best service.

I not sure what happen to this place but i was a tenant for FIVE YEARS never had a problem the OLD MANAGER left NEW MANAGER came and nothing but problems i was broken into twice in the month of JULY and they tried to side step it no insurance to bad . TWICE IN ONE MONTH!!!!! I could not move out fast enough PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOU STUFF DON'T RENT AT CAPTAIN'S :(

I was shopping around for storage and found that Captain's was the best price in town and the best SPECIALS... Which was perfect due to the fact that i just lost my house and with the way things are right now every penny counts. I was reading the reviews and Captain's has a good rating and I found the facility to be very clean.....NO PEST at all. If you are needing storage GO TO CAPTAIN'S :)

Captains storage is a great place to store your stuff, I have been here for two years and was doing some price shopping and found that Captains was still the lowest in town, and after two years here Captains has not given me a rent increase!!!! If you are looking for great prices and great staff look in Captains you will not be unhappy :)

I lived in Orange County and was moving to Ontario I searched for self storages for over a month and made Captains my choice they had the best pricein town. Captains employees help me make the right size choice. Other self storages in the area tried to sell me a much larger on then i needed.Hooray for Them!!!!!

this is one of the worst storage companys anyone could ever store with. They are rude and the manager has no respect for anyone. I was treated so bad, and the unit i was shown was dirty and had mice droping
