General Info

I was inspired to study medicine because it blends two things I am very passionate about: science and caring for others. I specialize in Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery with subspecialty fellowship training in Endocrine Head and Neck Surgery. The intricate anatomy of the head and neck fascinated me early on in medical school, and I enjoy treating disease surgically, making ENT a natural fit for me. I see patients of all ages and for a wide range of ENT problems involving the ears; nose and sinuses; mouth, throat and salivary gland problems; as well as benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck. I have a special interest in thyroid and parathyroid diseases that are treated with office-based procedures or surgeries such as thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, thyroid cysts, and hyperparathyroidism. At my core, I am a compassionate clinician. I enjoy working collaboratively with my patients and co-workers. I take time to discuss clinical concerns as well as treatment and follow-up plans as best I can. Helping patients is a true privilege, and I enjoy it very much. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors in the mountains, at the beach or at the park on a sunny day. I also enjoy gardening and cooking.
