Dr. Arrington is an excellent physician...unfortunately his clinical staff is unorganized and incompetent. I have had numerous problems with scheduling and billing

This facility is horrible! I encourage all women to stay away. I was new to the facility and they did not seem friendly at all. I'm sorry but some of the staff look rough around the edges. I liked the doctor that I had but the women who work in there are NOT professional at all. One of them couldn't draw blood properly and my arm was bruised. Another one had her cell phone out when I was getting an exam. I left feeling disgusted and violated by the horrible service and the overall feeling of disgust. If you value your time stay away as well because you will be waiting quite a long time to be called in for substandard care.

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. I have been to this office several times over the past few years and the visits I've had were not great but not terrible until my last visit. I recently had a vist and received the worst healthcare possible. Although the staff was kind and helpful the actual visit with the doctor was brief and dismissive. My questions and concerns were not answered, I was merely given pamphlets of information and sent on my way. I was also not provided up any follow information. I felt completely like a number and not like a patient. I left feeling judged, small and unimportant. I understand doctors are busy and scheduled tightly, however it is their job to address questions and concerns. So unless you enjoy going to the Mcdonalds of gynecological care I do not recommend this office. I will never return.

This is the WORST facility I have ever been to! The staff is unprofessional and they seem like they haven't been trained properly. I was rescheduled several times, one of the nurses aids took out her phone during a sensitive procedure and was checking her phone, taking pictures who knows. One of the nurses didn't draw blood properly and I have a huge bruise on my arm. The women at the reception desk are rude and look like they don't have a clue what is going on. I waited 1 hour or more the first visit and they didn't deal with my concerns or issues and they had me reschedule two different times. Then they called me last minute to reschedule! Let me stress again do not go to this facility. I will NEVER go back to this horrible place again. They are all about the money and not the care of women!
