The company is one of the few private Class B services in Tennessee. Its employees are licensed by the state of Tennessee and have knowledge of all aspects of ambulatory services. The company provides constant training to its employees and maintains more than 30 total units with advanced equipment, such as primary neonatal truck and backup units, certified critical care paramedic unit, vent capable units, bariatric transport unit, and basic life support units carrying automated external defibrillators, PulseOx oximeter and glucometer.
