Rented a car to take a trip to Texas. I dealt with 2 young men, Dillon and a young man wearing a derby hat. Both had great customer service skills. This is important in this day and age. I will go back if I need to rent again and will definitely recommend this Enterprise

We rented a car in another part of Oklahoma to drive to Oklahoma City, then for a 10 hour drive after that. Discovered the car did not have cruise control, so I took the car by this Enterprise to see about exchanging it. Tristan at this location not only exchanged the vehicle, but also upgraded it at no charge! He helped me move everything to the new vehicle and I went to pick up my husband, who then informed me I left a cable in the 1st vehicle. I drove back to this Enterprise where Tristan, who had already taken the 1st vehicle to another Enterprise, went to the car location & picked up the cable for me! Talk about going out of your way for a customer! I will definitely use Enterprise for my next rental & highly recommend this location in Oklahoma City - ask for Tristan!!

I highly recommend that if you need a rental car, and either you or your insurance is paying for it, go to this . I'm an in no way associated with any of the people who work here nor do I know any of them outside of my experience here. I called around before finding out that these guys will work with you and/or your insurance company to get you in a car for as little money out of pocket as possible. Not to mention everyone working on the three occasions I was inside the office, everyone, despite the long line and tons of rentals they deal with on a daily basis, was refreshingly nice, playful, and made me and so many others in there laugh. I got the best deal, the most awesome customer service and wasn't treated like a customer but was treated like a friend. I love these guys and will never go anywhere else nor let anyone I know go somewhere else.Oh! and not only did they pick me up but when I needed to drop the car off they also drove me home and dropped me off. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!
