HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
We originally went in and took our part that needed to be replaced with us. The employee identified the part and ordered it. We asked several times if this isn't it will we have any issues returning it? The employee assured we would be fine.

They never even called us to let us know its in, we had to call and find out it was there.

It didn't fit, so we went to return it, easily like the employee assured us. The part was $117, they charged us a $30 "return fee" (because a tiny part will cost $30 to ship back to honda, when the employee ordered the wrong part in the first place).

Then in all the frustration we didn't count the cash the employee handed us until we got to the car, but the same said employee also shorted us another $5 on top of that! No we didn't drop it, all the cash was folded up with the receipt we just didn't look at it till we got to the car and knew this dishonest company wouldn't be worth going back in to ask for the correct change.

I'd never been in the store before. I went looking for pads for a used jacket I bought. they didd not have pads but I had a great experience visiting the store. They had tons of used bikes out front to drool over. As soon as I went through the door someone was asking if they could help me. Upstairs they had tons of helmets, jackets and other goodies. Again once upstairs I had two different people ask me if they could help me. I'd certainly go back again. A lot of places ignore you but not these folks.

Great place and great people. If you are looking for ATV or motorcycle this is the place. I also got my honda generator here as well.

Just bought a bike from Newgate Motorsports. The salesman was professional in his approach and I didn't feel pushed in to buying. They made the process easy and pain free giving me every option. I also bought a helmet from the parts department. Trevor is super knowledgeable and had great advice on what helmet to get. I'll definitely make return trips here to buy more toys and parts.

I was perusing the KSL classified when I stumbled upon an ad for a 2012 Goldwing. I called to confirm the details Including the unbelievably low price. I went to the store to check it out and met Stephanie who was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and willingly agreed to let me take the bike out for a test drive. Everything checked out perfectly. There was no sales pressure. I put down a deposit got my financing worked out and picked it up two days later. They tell me they have a tech that has worked on Goldwings for thirty years so I took my 2003 Goldwing into their shop for service. I'll post an update about my experience.

While on a two week trip, one of our Ducatis needed a rear tire. I called these guys and they made a special effort to get a tire installed the same day so we were able to stay on schedule with out trip. The service manager Matt and parts guy Trevor were excellent. I highly recommend.

I was looking for a snowblower for my mother. After shopping several Honda dealerships we found that Newgate had the best pricing, the sales staff were respectful and did not pressure for the sales. Mom loves her new snowblower but still needs help pulling starting it.

Thanks to Matt and company for getting me in for a quick one hour a tire replacement on a one day notice in the middle of a cross country trip. Much appreciated!!

I was looking for a new motorcycle shop, as the others I have visited in Utah were absolutely horrible. I can't count how many times the sales guys at other shops called me "bro". I'm not your Bro.....and no, I don't work out. Nor am I looking for my "next sick ride."



The guys at Newgate were very professional and customer oriented. I was only looking for a new cover for the winter, and Dale was just chatting up. We talked about what kind of riding I do, and what I ride. I mentioned about getting a newer bike...and he showed me a couple used bikes. No pressure, very knowledgeable and courteous. Not once did he call me bro, or try to squeeze my bicep.



Nonetheless, I had a beautiful 2012 bike under me in about 2 weeks. They even searched for the extra seat and windscreen from the original owner.



I truly understand customer service - - and these guys nailed it. I was once a small business owner, I owned a Trek Bicycle Concept store, so I'm pretty quick to judge a poor business. 5 stars for Newgate Motorsports.
