      General Info
      The Country Hills Eye Center offers a variety of eye care services, including refractive surgery and erbium laser for facial resurfacing. The center provides routine eye examination, pediatric ophthalmology, medical eye care, ocular ultrasound, dye laser, visual field testing and visudyne photodynamic therapy services. It also offers cataract surgery, nerve fiber analyzer, facial rejuvenation, diabetic eye care, fluorescein angiography, glaucoma treatment, and disc and fundus photography services. In addition, the center performs cataracts, glaucoma and retinal detachment procedures. It operates a more than 20,000-square-foot clinic. The Country Hills Eye Center has been operational since 1961 and is located in Ogden, Utah.
