Poor service, disregard for patients.

I was late to my appointment by 30 minutes and was told I was too late and to either reschedule or cancel and pay a fee for not calling in prior to my appointment. I rescheduled for the following week and showed up at the exact appointment time and was told I would have to wait since there were 3 people ahead of me. WHAT??? I thought I had an appointment, I was told it would be a minimum of 30 minutes and could reschedule. What for???so I can wait again next time. Poor service with no care for the patient. I obviously left since this was my lunch hour and will never be back.

General Info

Southwest Center for Healthy Joints is a comprehensive musculoskeletal center located in Oak Lawn, IL. We offer a complete array of services to treat joint, bone and muscle issues and provide pain relief. As physicians, we are known in the community for our successful treatment methods and friendly, personalized care. We have years of hands-on experience and an unlimited continuing education benefit. We offer physical, occupational and aquatic therapy, as well as digital imaging and on-site MRI. We provide casting, custom splinting and durable medical equipment, allowing the healing process to start soon after the patient visit. We offer a complete range of acquisition techniques including most all joint imaging (shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, knees, ankles and feet). Advances in hip and knee replacements have come a long way. Although we are not committed to one joint replacement product or vendor, we utilize the most effective replacement product to suit each patient individually.
