I was a regular customer until the door was literally closed on my face on Labor Day. I had just checked their website and nothing was posted about reduced hours, although they have done this in the past.

This place rocks! Awesome brews I couldn't find anywhere else.

I went to Kenwood Liquors in Oak Lawn last week. The place was the cheapest I've ever seen! I brought in some sale ads from other stores. I didn't have to even use them. Kenwood's regular prices were cheaper than everything on "sale" at other big stores. The place was crowded, but I got out of there pretty fast. They really move their lines fast, so it looked much worse than it really was. I couldn't find a couple items, but there was alot of help in the aisles that found them to get me out quicker. This store has everything. It's definitely a one-stop shop, which saved me time

I love Kenwood. I've never seen prices cheaper anywhere, even when there's big sales ads in the newspaper from other stores. I don't think Kenwood advertises, so don't bother trying to find them in a paper. They have the prices cheapest without timely "sales". It's always cheaper everyday, and that's important to me because I don't have time to go price hunting all the time. Yes it's crowded because of the prices and large selection, but they moved the customer lines fast when I was there last week so it looked worse than it was. I also needed help too for a few things I needed, and I didn't have to waste time looking around for help. There was plenty of workers around that helped me right away, and I got out with what I came for pretty quick too!
