This is my second winter of owning this furnace, the Rancher 360 and so far ir is the biggest waste of money I have spent. I rebuild a fire before I go to work , I rebuiuld a fire after work and in the evening, all hours of the night I have to get up and rebuild a fire. The furnace blower runs round the clock, the pump runs 24 hours a day and the draft motor doesn't ever shut off, never reaches the preset temperature setting of 170 degrees so it continues to run, 3 motors running up electricity so I wouldn't call this efficient. I tried contacting this company about this last year but the lady I talked to said she'd have someone call me back, all week I called and got nothing but excuses, too busy, left early, always something. Pump went out a week after using it and they said they'd send a replacement next day or overnight or something, took a week . A week without a pump. This company only wants the money and cares nothing about the customer. Aviod this place, don't deal with them.
