Very disappointing services. I am a repeat customer trying to refinance, my application was submitted and accepted. I didn't hear anything for weeks and called and left countless messages and emails, no calls or emails returned. The girl who answered the phone said she couldn't even help me. They state they are "never too busy for your referrals", however, they cannot take care of their own clients. My guess is that if you have a $1 million mortgage, they'd be happy to call you right back. Otherwise, look elsewhere. I went with another company to refinance. I'll never do business with AMS again and would never refer anyone to them in the future because of the poor service.
