This company is a joke , drivers are always speeding up and down between Mathews and Gloucester. When called for a quote was told only one drive and I had to wait till 5pm (it was a Sunday)..... Never will I ever use this company . Very unprofessional

I am giving southern belles a star simply because I have to. My driver Heather is extremely unprofessional, untimely, rude, and a very poor driver. When she is not falling asleep behind the wheel she is very wreckless and speeds in excessive amounts. I felt unsafe and when I told her that I would no longer be riding with her company she said that she didnt need me anyway. This type of service is meant to be there to help those less fortunate. I am elderly and never in my life have I been as disrespected as I was by this young lady. I reported her to Logisticare and come to find out, this company does not have a contract with them. So now I have been lied to as well. I wouldnt be surprised if she didnt own the company like she says. You should be ashamed of yourself. Treating people in need in such a way. I would almost rather ride with Dogget and have to endure the prolonged wait. I hope that this review reaches your boss and that you learn some manners. I am NOT a paycheck.
