Terrible customer service, no one will answer your calls and if they do, your concerns are not answered or taken care of. The now owner is a complete Moran, very rude and I knowledgeable. Barbara Jeans has such a great reputation and Dale is running it into the ground, his mother must be so disappointed. Beware of needing any warranty or repairs on their furniture that falls apart, they will promise you that manufacture will repair it and it comes back exactly the same and then they won’t answer your calls. Call the better business bureau .. This company is just terrible

Now after fighting and not receiving furniture, they told me they would refund my money they said they refunded it to my account Friday, my bank isn't seeing it, so now I'm out of furniture which I never wanted or received and they stole my money. I give this business a 0 all the way around , anyone willing to shop here I wouldn't recommend it. I've never been so dissapointed in a business as I am with this one.

Top rate furniture great selection and service. Christie was so helpful. Hope she is working today as I am going back for additional pieces.

Never again will I use this store fory furniture needs. Service wasn't 100%. Bought over $2,000 worth of furniture, was told it would be 2-4 weeks before it would be delivered. Waited 4 weeks and when I called I was told the computers were down and it would be another 2 weeks. But they were kind enough to give me a loaner that I'm sure multiple people before me had used. Very disappointed and will never go back.
