Its ashame that its not operated like a business. One star is a half star too many. In the three years i lived there the meter was never read. Interesting how they could know your usage. My bathtub and yard filled with feces and paper and undigested food particles any time it rained. I could not bath or flush my toilet about twice a month because it would not drain. I would pay the bill at the same time a month because i did not want to be cut off even though bills were not mailed. If it were you would have to drive to North Richland Hills to pay. The final insult was to not get my deposit back when i left so you wont either. She needs the money. Maybe a go fund me page would be better. I tried harder than anyone to get along. Oh and the employees may have a 7th grade education. Once a home was about to flood with sewer and i dug a trench below grade to drain away. They came later and dug some but placed the dirt in the trench blocking the drainage. It flooded the duplex with sewer.

The worst water company you will ever be forced to overpay. They have no customer service skills. Been living in their service area for 3.5 years, and we've had more than a handful of water main breaks, boil notices, lack of reporting notices, and many weeks without water. If you can avoid living in the area they "provide" water to, most certainly do so. I put provide in quotes because they act like they are ever so benevolent for over charging you for water. In our tiny apartment we pay double water our friends in 3 bed 2 bath homes. You can never contact them, they don't answer their phones. They call you back on occasion, but its regularly bad news. You can drink the water, if you like a excess of alpha particles. All in all, there needs to be a new star rating system just for this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Since I have to give a 1 star, just know, its at least 1 more than they deserve.

Absolutely ridiculous customer. With 93 customers total, they have no idea how to run their company. They don't accept debit cards or payments over the phone. They never answer the phone and the recording says their hours are 11-4 with lunch any time between. They are located all the way in NRH in the middle of all the traffic and construction areas and 45 minutes away from my house that has their water service. *Not a satisfied customer and will definitely make sure my next place will not be one of the 93 they service!

we have their water service in our area, and atleast 2-3 times a month the water is shut off because pipes burst thats always the excuse. in summer every year since we have lived here the water stays off for about a week. Not safe. The company hires people that steal from the neighborhood, and they never take responsability for the problems that they have caused. My suggestion is that if you have to use them MOVE ASAP.. We are moving just because of this hate to do it but had to tell our landlord that the home was unlivable with out a water supply.

This company is the worst company I have ever seen. They have no idea how to run a business and they do not treat their clients like customers. When you call them with an issue, they treat you like they are doing you a favor and you should thank them. The woman that answers the phone has absolutely no customer service experience at all. If you cancel your services with them, they wait a couple of weeks to a month to give you the final bill then charge you for late fees. If there is a mistake in your billing or they turn your services off by accident they say it is your fault and not theirs then they still make you pay for the fee to turn it back on! I suggest never moving to where you have to use their water unless you want to deal with the lack of customer service and the financial abuse that they constantly try to get over on their customers.

This company is the worst utility company when it comes to customer service. They never answer or call back when you call the emergency number, if you have a problem with there utilities you are on your own. They don't care about the customers, You are force to use them in certain areas of the metroplex. So if you are buying a home and they are your utility for that area I suggest you buy another house where they are not located.
