      I had a myriad of problems with them. Once I called to pay and they were repeating all my info out loud. When I asked them to please not do that since I know their office is open to customers and I was hearing two people talk in the background she just said it was her co-worker and he didn't understand English. Really? They return calls 2-3 days after you leave a message and only after I called again to complain they hadn't returned them. Then when I needed to change to a bigger, drive-on unit I called to confirm they had one and she said yes. When I got there, there was none avail. Then, when I vacated my unit on the 9th (because I needed a bigger one they didn't have) they informed me I could not get even a partial refund because that's what the contract said. Was very displeased with their service.
