He has earned the designation of Registered Roof Consultant ( RRC ) from the Roof Consultants Institute ( RCI ) and maintains that designation through mandatory pursuit of continuing education in the field. These courses keep him current with changes in codes, engineering and product development. Mr. Houle is a professional member in ASTM International and holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
