You're exactly right. I agree 100%. I went in there with my husband and we wanted an Infiniti symbol and a heart. He added his input and said well, what about a traditional heart. We agreed. We thought that would be a great idea. So, we proceed to put our deposit down, $200 and depart the place. We come back the next day for our appointments and to see what he came up with. He came up with a traditional heart with like thunder going through it. He didn't incorporate the Infiniti sign what so ever. We asked him if he could do that, he didn't even attempt it. He said, man, I can't do it. We proceeded and ask for our deposit back. He said that we couldn't even get our deposit back what so ever. All he did was spend like 30 minutes on a drawing, didn't try making it over for us or anything. Highly dissatisfied, completely unprofessional, and lack of attention to detail for the customers needs. I will never go back to this place again! I highly recommend going to AJ at Ocean Mystique Gallery on Monticello.

I just got this awesome tattoo this afternoon,Joe was the artist. Fantastic work!! Captured the very meaning of what I wanted my tattoo to represent. Cool place and staff. Will definitely recommend,will be returning!

Went for 1st tatoo and had a great time and love love my tatoo. Joe did a great job and Hero had us laughing. Very clean and plan on going back next week for tatoo #2. Recommend to anyone. See ya next week . Fun girls will be back.

Awesome place to get a tattoo. It's laid back atmosphere, professional and clean. My friends and I have been here many times. Noticed they have a new artist, Mandy and a new apprentice, Lisa and Hero and Joe are still here. The others are no longer here. So, any reviews you see prior to the now does not reflect the artists here now. I hope this review helps people looking for a great place to get a tattoo. Going back soon for another one.
