($1100.00) but I had him do it anyway. After he had had my coach for a couple of weeks I decided to go and check on him to see if he was finished yet (he does not answer his phone when you call). The first thing he told me when I arrived was that I needed a new refrigerator. The first thing I asked was why was he even inside of my coach? He said he was just checking it out but I shouldn't have him order me a new refrigerator. I told him I have had no problems with it that I was only there to get the roof repaired. He told me he was busy and that he would be finished another day or so. Several days later I decided to check on him again and when I got there she said it was finished...no call! I paid him his money and went on my way. Less than one year later my roof was still leaking. I took the coach back to him for repairs. He had no excuse for it happening but he said he would do some things to prevent further leakage. Several days later I came to pick it up and found that he had someone (a 15 year old boy) put silicone all around the front window. I'm sure the poor young man had never used silicone in his life and the quality of work proved this. It was slathered all over the place. Upon questioning Don about the quality of work, he had absolutely no excuse. The poor young man just sat there with a blank look on his face and didn't know what to say. (I felt sorry for him). The silicone was already dry by this time so there is no way to get it off. I left very unhappy Don had absolutely nothing to say to me about it but "F U and get off my property." I will never take anything to Don to work on again. His level of expertise is minimal and his quality of service is extremely poor. He does not stand behind his work!
