I am thrilled with the excellent service we received from Jay at Baysden Computers! We live in CA but wanted to give a Christmas gift to a relative in VA, and I searched online for a qualified computer service that could provide what we needed. I found other sources; however, they either did not serve the local area we needed, did not offer the services we needed, were not professional, or failed to return my calls. When I contacted Jay's company, I immediately reached a professional and well-spoken person. She gave me information and told me Jay would call and we could discuss the specifics. A short time later, he returned my call and assured me that he could take care of everything we needed. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and he was very accommodating.He scheduled an appointment to go to our relative's home a couple of days later--and to say they were thrilled with his service would be an understatement. He was able to easily take care of a computer problem that two other techs (who spent hours) and were not able to correct! In addition, he set up their tablet for them and showed them how to operate it, download apps, etc. Finally, they will be able to enjoy the gift we gave them last year!Now they have a reliable and capable source to contact, should they have any computer or technology needs in the future.Thank you, Jay!!! I am from out of town but just got stationed at USCG Training Center Yorktown. When I pulled out my computer the screen wouldn't turn on even though the computer was running. My biggest concern was I did not have a vehicle to take it to a shop. I called Baysden Computers and they came to the base within the hour at around 19:00 and picked up my laptop. They opened it up, took a look, fixed it, and brought it back to me the next day at what I felt was a reasonable cost. He also gave me a 10 day warranty on the labor so in case something went wrong he would only have me pay for the part. Very cool. I highly recommend him for both Military and Civilian.
