I can't tell about buying a car there since I only used the service. The service is getting worse from time to time. The wait time for oil change easy 2 hours, for tires 3+ hours and then I needed to return my car because of bad tire balancing. I wasn't welcome with this issue and needed to wait another 3+ hours with the result that is still not OK. Over all my impression is bad customer care and bad management at the service. My tip, use any other dealer it can't be worst.

I was in there once looking for a particular pickup they had. I got reasonable information.

I was in there yesterday with my wife looking for a Chrysler. the salesman I got was named Nakel Johnson, nickname Nickel.

We liked the Chrysler 300 we tried. However, we will not buy it from that dealership, and certainly not from "Nickel". He was agressive, pushy, and manipulative. I have been doing sales most of my life, so I am familiar with the kind of manipulation that car salesmen use. That is okay up to a point. He was way past this point.

Besides that he was at times insulting when he did not get the response he wanted. Snide sarcastic remarks. At one point he even informed me that he was an African American. I am absoutely non racist, and have no guilt complexes about that kind of thing. I have no idea why he made that remark. i asked him, but his answer was something along the lines of he was just joking with me.

He was unwilling to give me a price on the vehicle and was frequently unpleasant. We both left with a bad tast in the mouth.

If he had been a good salesman we probably would have gone back today and bought the car. Except for the fact that their price was about 5,000 dollars above the average internet price. The car in question was a 2013 Chrysler 300C with about 39,000 miles and pretty much all the bells and whistles. I found two equivalent cars, but 2014 models, on the internet at Atlanta dealerships for under 22,000. This is way under the Kelley Bluebook value, but that is how the market looks here in Georgia.

So, a high price and an agressive, unpleasant salesman. I will not be going back to that dealership
