      Located in downtown Newark, Elliot's Wood Fired Kitchen & Tap is a Neapolitan Style Pizza Kitchen. We proudly make our dough from scratch, using a lighter flour with more water and less gluten. Our toppings are freshly prepared daily and the pizza range from traditional, classic, and inventive combinations. If you are in the mood for something other than pizza, our restaurant's menu also includes salads, sandwiches, street tacos, and our favorite hankerings. Enjoy the experience of watching your pizza being made and top it off with 16 drafts beers and wines. We are open for lunch and dinner at iyr American kitchen featuring near pit Neapolitan style pizza, street tacos . . . etc., so stop in today.
