Presidential Realty Corporation is a self-administrated, self-managed real estate investment trust engaged principally in the ownership of income-producing real estate and in the holding of notes and mortgages secured by real estate. The company owns real estate, makes loans secured by interests in real estate and invests in joint ventures that own real estate. As of Oct. 1, 2004, Presidential ended its long relationship with Presidential Properties Services, which had previously managed its properties, and began to self-manage its properties through Fourth Floor Management, a 100 percent owned subsidiary of the company. The company also manages the property owned by PDL and Associates Limited Co-Partnership, also known as Home Mortgage Partnership, in which the company is the general partner and has a nearly 35 percent partnership interest. Presidential Realty Corporation is located in White Plains, N.Y.
