Established in 1898, the center develops and protects humane policies and programs. It offers social well-being services to children, elderly, handicapped, new immigrants, refugees and unemployed individuals. Hamilton-Madison House promotes understanding and cooperation among the ethnic groups and serves their specialized requirements. The center also encourages sharing of resources and responsibilities through active participation of various segments of the community.
