General Info
James was born in Queens and raised in Mohegan Lake in Westchester County. He attended the University at Buffalo where he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. During his time in school, James gained clinical experience working in various types of settings including intensive care units, stroke rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedic clinics. He has also spent time working in a Phase II cardiac rehabilitation unit as well as a wellness program specifically targeted for patients with Multiple Sclerosis. James’ experiences with a diverse patient population allows him to create individualized treatment programs based on their capabilities and goals. His physical therapy interests include manual therapy interventions and functional movement assessments to identify the root causes of a patient’s impairments and symptoms. He strives to educate and provide his patients with the tools needed to maximize their independence. In his spare time, James enjoys traveling, weight training, exploring different cuisines, and rooting for the New York Yankees
