General Info

With year-round classes throughout the area, Hudson Valley Swim offers the premier instructional swim program in the Hudson Valley region. Our lesson plan has been developed in conjunction with the US Swim School Association, U.S.A. Swimming, and the American Red Cross over many years. We offer swim lessons for all ages, starting at 6 months through adult beginners and seniors. We also have options for special needs. We have open classes as well as availability for individual and group private lessons. Our classes are small so the learning experience can be personalized to maximize to each student's needs. Along with our Competitive Swim Clinics, we have introduced an Advanced Adult/Triathlon Swim Clinic for competitive athletes who want to shave important seconds off their overall times.

Located at Gold's Gym in Newburgh and you do NOT need to be a member.
