I am a person with very low self esteem. With there no how and guideance I accomplished something I never thought I could. I thought I was meant to stay fat since I have been for the last 20 years. They worked with me and gave me all the encouragement I needed to achieve my goals. There work is exeptional and I recommend this gym and rehab center to anyone who needs the support. They are very well trained and I am glad I stopped in that very first day instead of just driving by.
