Dr. Taylor is a young and friendly guy, but a competent professional in every respect. His staff is small and courteous, and he takes the time to get acquainted at every routine visit for a cleaning. He remembers his patients by name, and inquires about oral health related issues (such as sleep apnea, etc.) and offers good advice on options and new procedures. Less of a salesman and more of a counsellor in that respect. He handles emergencies for his regular customers by taking calls at home 24/7. He will open early for a broken tooth, and refer to a good dentist if the patient is in pain and he's not able to get to the office. He's competent, relaxed, and thorough.
