Avoid this reseller! The owner does not take responsibility for the actions of his employees! We went in to get the Switch650 plan to switch from Sprint, and there was complicated language in our Sprint agreement which made it seem we have to pay a lot of extra termination fees if we did not return my wife's phone to Sprint. The salesman sold us and activated a new iPhone 7 and let us leave with my wife's iPhone 6 which in order to get the Switch650 reimbursement we HAD to give to Verizon. The salesman even called the owner to verify this and still let us leave knowing we then would not be able to get our switching money. We would not have bought the iPhone 7 and switched if we knew we weren't getting the money back! When we went in to ask the owner about how to apply to get our switching fees back, he said it was impossible and too bad without the old phone. He refused to acknowledge his employee had done the wrong thing letting us leave with the old phone and argued with us and did nothing to make up for the >$100 the employee cost us with termination fees from Sprint. Find a different Verizon reseller!!

They can help you out with the basic tasks, like a new phone, or get you started on a new contract. Anything you can do online, they should be able to do, but you have to wait until somebody is available to help you. I went in for some more complicated issues, like getting my phone unlocked, and they absolutely refused to help me. They didn't even know what I was talking about.... I called Verizon Tech support, and I was done in 10 minutes. It doesn't take much to outsmart these fellows
