This beautiful, facility offers 24-hour nursing, Medication Administration, Day and Respite Care services, along with a secured neighborhood specially devoted to the care of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments. An enclosed secured garden is also provided to allow for safe outdoor activity, walks, and gardening. Licensed by the Ohio Department of Health as a 61-suite / 95-bed Residential Care Facility, Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen is a member of Assisted Living Federation of America, The Ohio Health Care Association, Ohio Assisted Living Association, and Southwestern Chamber of Commerce of Auglaize County.
