The Craven Area Rural Transit System, also known as CARTS, is an agency that provides transportation services to the general public, senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. It serves residents in Craven, Jones and Pamlico counties in North Carolina. The agency is administered by the Craven County Government in North Carolina.
