place is a joke...waited over 1 hour for delivery...rude and unprofessional when i asked why it took so long! told me i was lucky to get a delivery..also asked for light sauce on my pizza..it was loaded with sauce...it was cold..got a sub asked for no onions put onions...so if the owner reads this....make sure you hire people who graduated from high school who can understand the english languge! oh also no heated bag as required by new bedford board of health!!!....never again will i order from them.jerks!

We have been ordering pizza from metro north for many years and have always been extremely satisfied! I don't know what is going on but lately (maybe new ownership) the wait time is way too long ( always over an hour) and the pizza is always cold - they have been delivering without the use of insulated bags , we called the manager / owner and he was very apologetic but had the excuse that the drivers lost all the insulated bags and they would have them back in use in 3-5 days. Our first cold pizza was about 2 months ago-we were hungry so we accepted the pizza but had to nuke it ,we gave you the benefit of the doubt and tried to order again figuring it wouldn't happen twice ???????" STUPID US" we tried again a third time and same thing . Does it take that long to get new bags??????. Well Metro three strikes your out- you have lost our business for the time being- please get it together because we do love your pizza and will miss it!
