Don't rent vehicles here. They are all nicey nice until you bring minor incidents to their attention. Cars dirty and in most cases not what you ordered. Just don't cross the woman up their, she will hang up on your butt. Before that though she will give you a lecture on how rude your are and how she is offended by your comments. Sometimes the truth hurts. Evidently this is not the first time they have been spoken to about poor customer service according to Hertz. Too bad for them, they just lost a lot of business from me.

I recently had to mail some things for Christmas. Vicki and Theresa helped me with everything . From packing a large box to helping me decide on which carrier to use. The store was packed with customers, but everyone there had a smile on their face and was so helpful. I can't imagine working with so many customers and staying so pleasent . The line was long but they are so organized it moved very smoothly and quickly . I will never stand in line at the Post Office again. Ten stars to you all.

After being a customer here for years & always trying to support local businesses, I will never return to this store. Last week the owner went off on me. I was asking about the price of postage to Canada & she stated that they charge a $1 service fee PER letter. I told her 'no thanks, I'll just go to the Post Office.' She started yelling about the money she has "tied up in inventory" & that she has to "put out her own money & wait for customers." She went on to talk about how she has to "pay the girls who work here" and how doing business with her is "a convenience to the customer." She was yelling at me in front of 2 employees, 1 customer, & a Xerox repair man. I've spoken with the USPO. I am not the 1st to express concerns about the business attitudes and treatment of a customer by this owner. I am filing a complaint with the USPO & the Navarre Chamber of Commerce-as they claim to be a member. I recommend going somewhere else, where your $ & customer loyalty will be appreciated.
