The crews do wonderful work WHEN you can get them to finally show up! Unfortunately the office is run by the owner's daughter who seems to only work part-time. It takes days to get a return phone call, and when you do, it is with the answer that it will be sometime next week which then gets pushed out further week by week. There's always the excuse of "we're so busy" or "short staffed". When the phone is actually answered, it is always with a recording saying that "I'm away from my desk right now---". As a business owner myself, who has referred Tidy Lawn to many of my neighbors and clients. It was by chance that CARL REINKE the business owner actually answered the phone when I called. I was dumb-struck when I commented to the him on the lack of follow-up by the office ( not realizing that it is daughter at the time); and he then suggested I not tell him how to run his business and he didn't need my business anyway since they are so backed up....! All this after waiting 6 weeks since his daughter told me I was on their list, for my yearly installation of 6 cubic yards of hardwood mulch on my landscaping. It's not like this is the equivalent of a few bags of mulch, it's over a dump truck full for which I paid well over $500 last year! It's a shame that business owner is too short-sighted to kiss off a returning customer, rather than ask his daughter why it takes her 5 or 6 days to call back a customer and try to correct the problem! All this while the tag line on their website is: " CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUT #1 GOAL! If you're not happy, we'll make it right! Let’s just say --- DON'T COUNT ON IT !!
