Our garbage pickup has been prompt and the driver is very nice. I have only been with the company for 4 mos, but have not had one issue with what they will pick up and dispose for me.

We called and signed up for Sutton Disposal a couple of years ago. We have had very good service from them. We live in the country near Winfield.

I called to set up trash pickup on Sept 25th he said he would start to pick up on Monday Sept 30th he didn't show but that I'm going to take the blame for because he asked me if I had a container already I said yes he told me to put duck tape over the other name on the container and write Sutton on it so his driver knew to pick it up well I forgot so it didn't get picked up so then on Oct 7th he didn't pick up again I did put tape this time so I called and he said refresh my memory I told him where I lived he said he would have his driver come out and pick it up and he never showed to pick it up so I called again on the 8th still no pick up so I call back on the 9th and he said I told you it would be Wednesday afternoon I informed him he didn't say that because I wouldn't keep calling I told him he wasn't making a good impression on a new customer he said if you want to take your business elsewhere he understood I said no i want my trash picked up and here we are and it's still not picked up!!!!!😡😡

After the owner agreed to pick-up some empty cardboard boxes (4) and I paid for three months in advance the owner REFUSED!! to honor his word/agreement and he has refused to return my advance payment, his excuse was at first he didn't have the right truck (lame excuse) next he said that he didn't have time that day (lame excuse) then he said that he would send a special truck out the next day he didn't (lame excuse) don't take this owners word my trash is more honest.
